Where do I park?
There will be signs for the parking area at The Charltons Community Centre, around 450 metres away.

Where do I go when I arrive?
The box office is at the junction of Ilchester Road and Station Road.

If you have parked at The Charltons Community Centre, there is a walk along a quiet road to the entrance.
Please follow the signs. Head west on Top Road towards Collins Lane, then right onto Station Road, and continue along until you reach the entrance.
Once in the grounds there is a short walk to the seating/performance area, where members of the team will be on hand.
Where will the VIP seating be?
The tables and chairs for the VIP seating will be on each side of the stage, ‘royal box’ style.
When will the performance finish?
Approx 21.15.
Is this indoors or outdoors?
Outdoors! The performance will go ahead come rain or shine, unless the crew deem it unsafe to continue.
What should I bring?
Picnic blankets, rugs and cushions or low-backed chairs (unless you are booking a seated ticket). There will be an area at the front for picnic blankets.
Do check the weather beforehand as you might want to bring sunscreen, a raincoat and/or blanket! Big bin bags can be good as cover if it is really raining! No umbrellas please as these will obscure others’ vision.
Also, unless you have pre-booked food, please do bring your own picnic.
Can I bring a gazebo/windbreak?
No. There is no space for these and they would obstruct other patron’s views.
What should I not bring?
Umbrellas, gazebo/windbreaks, or other items that may obstruct the view of the stage.
No naked flames or illegal substances.
Can I smoke/vape?
There is strictly no smoking or vaping once you are in the grounds of Charlton House.
Can I bring alcohol?
Yes you may bring your own alcohol. However, we do have an on-site bar serving a range of drinks and we ask you to buy your drinks here as profits will benefit local community groups.
Will the performance continue if it rains?
Yes! Please bring appropriate clothing for whatever the weather. In the event of high winds or storms, the team will decide whether it is safe to continue with the performance.
What is the age guidance?
The show is aimed at a more mature audience, however children are welcome onsite. All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times (over 21).

Will there be toilets?
Yes, we have Natural Event Europe supplying us with their compost loos. (Not only eco-friendly but very low delivery miles as they are based one mile away in Charlton Adam.
Can I pay by cash or card?
Yes, you can pay by either cash or card.
Will there be first aid on site?
Yes, there will be first aiders on site at each performance.
Will there be any food available on site?
There will be ice-creams to purchase at the interval. Please bring any other food with you unless you pre-order a picnic box by Tuesday 23rd June.
What happens to lost property?
Any personal items left behind will be stored for a month. They will be destroyed after this time if not claimed by emailing info@nellthemusical.co.uk.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
No - we can scan your digital ticket, or we can find you on our system if you don’t have reception to show your QR code.
Will there be smoke machines?
There will be a smoke machine used during the performance.
Should I bring a torch?
You may like to bring a torch for the walk back to the car park.
